BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS CANCELLATION POLICY:

Tour Reservations: Due to COVID-19, all tours must be booked in advance All guests must be 18 or older to be part of the Mixology Class and Rum Tasting Tour. All guests will have to comply with our Coronavirus Policy while participating in tours.

Tour Arrival Time: Check-in is required 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. Guests who arrive past their scheduled check-in time are not guarantee entry to the tour. Tour staff will advise guests who have missed their scheduled tour time of an alternative experience on the same day. It may not be possible to find a time on the same day in which case it will be necessary to rebook a tour.

Cancellation & Refunds: We will provide a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled activity. If a tour is cancelled by Casa BACARDÍ due to inclement weather or other circumstances, you will have the option to receive a full refund of the price paid for the tour or have an alternative experience on the same day, if available. Casa BACARDÍ reserve the right to alter or change the itinerary according to weather conditions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS (FULL): One reservation equals one admission and is valid only for the event for which it is issued, at the time and place of issue. In conformance with local requirements and rules certain items may not be brought into the event premises, including, but not limited to, firearms or other weapons, illegal drugs, controlled substances and recording devices.

Casa BACARDÍ reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, or who fails to comply with these or other rules that are posted at the event site. This reservation is not redeemable for cash.
