Rum and Spice

Cola, citrus, tropical fruit – rum works well with many things but it loves spice, which, when blended with the natural flavours that are drawn from the rum by its time in the barrel, create something smooth, striking and delicious.

Crowd-pleasing Potential

Spiced rum drinks can transform the expected into the distinctly unexpected. Just by adding a touch of spice, a drink can gain extra depth as well as layers of exotic flavour. This makes it perfect for making simple drinks exciting, adding a new twist to a classic or creating your own spiced rum cocktails.

BACARDÍ Spiced

Honeyed, soft and slightly dry, BACARDÍ Spiced is rich with notes of caramel, dried apricot, oak and just a touch of smoke, intensified with the addition of cinnamon and nutmeg.

BACARDÍ Caribbean Spiced

The smooth character of aged rum blended perfectly with cinnamon, nutmeg, fresh pineapple, coconut water and the unique sweetness of the coconut blossom. Ideal for tropical drinks or when creating spiced rum cocktails.

Made from the Best

Quality Ingredients

BACARDÍ Spiced contains an infusion of high-quality cinnamon and nutmeg blended with both aged and unaged rum by our master rum makers, the Maestros de Ron BACARDÍ. These mix beautifully with the smooth, warm and mellow flavours that are naturally drawn out of the rum itself.
BACARDÍ Caribbean Spiced, meanwhile, builds on our beloved spiced rum, with a blend of older rums and the addition of the classic Caribbean flavours of fresh pineapple, coconut water and the unique sweetness that comes from the delicate blossoms of the coconut tree itself.

tasting notes

Spiced not Spicy

Spiced refers to warm, comforting and exotic flavors, rather than a prickle of heat. As well as an infusion of cinnamon and nutmeg, BACARDÍ Spiced also has notes of vanilla and dried fruit that are naturally drawn out of the oak casks as the rum ages. Spiced rum is all about embracing these smooth, mellow and deeply satisfying flavours, however, if you want a hit of warmth, BACARDÍ Spiced also works beautifully with Jamaican ginger beer.
