What’s the best way to get to Casa BACARDÍ?

You can take our Ferry & Shuttle Service from Old San Juan, book an Uber or taxi, or drive directly to us. Parking is available on-site.

Do I need to book a tour to visit?

No reservation is required to enjoy Casa BACARDÍ! You can visit our Pavilion, shop at the BACARDÍ Store, or grab a bite from our Caribbean food kiosk while enjoying a refreshing cocktail with stunning views.

Are you open year-round?

Yes, we’re open year-round except on major holidays and during private events.

Can I host a private event at Casa BACARDÍ?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of event spaces. To learn more, email us at eventspr@bacardi.com or submit a request here: Casa BACARDÍ Event Request.

Is there a restaurant on-site?

We have a casual Caribbean food kiosk with delicious options to complement your visit.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout our facilities.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may modify or cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled experience. After that, we’re unable to offer refunds or changes.

Are your facilities ADA compliant?

Yes, Casa BACARDÍ is fully ADA compliant. For specific accommodations, feel free to contact us in advance.

Are children allowed?

Experiences are reserved for guests 18 and older. Minors are welcome in our Pavilion, retail store, and food kiosk, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Is Casa BACARDÍ pet friendly?

We welcome service animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises.

Can I shop online and pick up in person?

Yes! Order in advance and pick up your items when you visit. Browse our selection here: BACARDÍ Store.

What happens if I am late to the tour?

We always recommend arriving 15 – 30 minutes before your tour start time, last minute changes to your booking will depend on availability.

Where do I go when I arrive?

Please make your way directly to our check-in area to register or buy tickets for any experiences, and so that we can take you through our rules for the facility.

Do you take group bookings?

Yes! To make a request please email casabacradi@bacardi.com or call 787-788-8400.

Do you offer sign language tours?

Unfortunately this isn’t something we offer at the moment, but we’re working on implementing this in the future.

What should I wear on the tour?

We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothes for your visit. If you select the Founder’s Tour you must wear long pants and closed shoes.

Can I have a private tour?
