BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL INFORMATION
Tours are by reservation only. All experiences are subject to availability and may be altered or canceled at any time. Upon check-in, you must provide a valid id and booking number.

Visitors must be 18 years or older to participate in our experiences. Bookings with minors will not be granted a refund if requested on the day of the experience.

The Casa BACARDÍ ticket holders must arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the experience. Guests who arrive past their scheduled check-in time are not guaranteed entry to the experience. Our Hosts will advise guests who have missed their scheduled time an alternative experience on the same day. If it’s impossible to accommodate due to availability on the same day, it will be necessary to rebook. No refunds will be provided if guests arrive late for their experience or do not show up.

We encourage responsible consumption. Mixology and Rum Tasting experiences are limited to one per person, per day. The Legacy Tour can be combined with one other experience in a single day.

FOOD ALLERGY NOTICE
Please know that some ingredients used to create the Piña Colada and Mojito include pineapple, coconut, lime and mint. If you are allergic to any of these ingredients, we recommend you choose another available experience. For additional details contact us at casabacardi@bacardi.com .

DRESS CODE
We suggest you dress comfortably and check the local weather report before you leave for Rum Paradise. Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must always be worn. Guests who purchased tickets for the Founder’s Experience must wear closed comfortable shoes and long pants to access the production areas.

Keep in mind that this is a working distillery, and many areas are not climate-controlled, so plan on experiencing humid and hot conditions.

Casa BACARDÍ reserves the right to offer services or admittance to any person wearing attire that is considered inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other guests.

PRICES
The price of the experiences will be as quoted on the website casabacardi@bacardi.com. We reserve the right to change the costs of any experience at any time and without prior notice. However, once you have received a confirmation e-mail, the price of the booked experience will not change.

PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards; please note we are a cashless facility. By booking an experience, you consent to be charged to your credit/debit card. All experiences are reserved and paid for in US dollars.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are valid for one year and may be redeemable for Casa BACARDÍ experiences and gift shop. Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Casa BACARDÍ cancellation policy states that you may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund up to 48 hrs before the date and time of the event. Reschedules can be made between 24-48 hrs before the experience to a different date/time (upon availability). Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the experience date will not receive a refund. If we cancel your experience in its entirety, you will be entitled to a full refund for the purchase price.

REQUIREMENTS
Upon booking tickets for an experience, you guarantee that:
• You are 18 years old or over.
• All details you have provided for yourself, or other guests, are correct to your knowledge.
• The payment card is your own, and the total amount for the booking can be paid for in full of the account.
• You will abide by these Booking Terms and Conditions.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY TO THE EXPERIENCE
We reserve the right of admission to enter Casa BACARDÍ. One reservation equals one admission and is valid only for the event for which it is issued at the time and place of issue. In conformance with local requirements and rules, certain items may not be brought into the event premises, including, but not limited to, firearms or other weapons, illegal drugs, controlled substances, and recording devices. Please note that pets are not allowed, only service animals.

Casa BACARDÍ reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with these, or other rules posted at the event site.
